Updated Manual Provides Guidance on DMC
“Disproportionate Minority Contact Technical Assistance Manual (Fourth Edition)” presents detailed guidance on DMC identification and monitoring, assessment, intervention, and evaluation. The updated fourth edition includes two new chapters: one chapter on DMC data and intervention strategies for Hispanic youth in the juvenile justice system and one chapter on the role of state DMC coordinators.
