Guide for Implementing or Enhancing an Endangered Missing Advisory

This Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Report describes how a community can create an endangered missing advisory plan, developing voluntary partnerships to rapidly recover missing persons who do not fit the AMBER Alert criteria, but may be in danger.
